Managing Director
Matthew Vahidi is a Managing Director providing strategic counsel on a broad range of investor relations, corporate governance, financial services and crisis communication issues. Matthew draws on his careers as a stewardship professional engaging directly with senior leadership at prominent financial institutions and his legal career in large cap financial institutions to provide an investor- and other stakeholder-focused approach to his counsel.

Matthew received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. in International Politics - Middle Eastern Studies from New York University.
