Greg helps clients develop a clear and compelling investment story and communicate it to shareholders, employees and other stakeholders. He helps companies evaluate and refine messaging to align with their strategy and goals, as well as improve ongoing IR and earnings materials. Greg regularly works with clients on their investor days and other important IR events.

He assists and advises companies preparing for and facing a variety of crises, including large-scale corporate reorganizations, defense against short-sellers, unplanned leadership changes, litigation, government investigations, accounting irregularities and earnings surprises.
Shareholder Activism Defense
Greg has experience advising clients in interactions with activist investors, including LKQ Corp. (Ancora and Engine Capital); Elanco (Ancora); SilverBow Resources (Kimmeridge); Ventas (Land & Buildings); Apartment Investment and Management Company (Land & Buildings); Dana Inc. (Carl Icahn); and Kroger (Carl Icahn).

I recently ran my first marathon – the New York City Marathon – in partnership with the Michael J. Fox Foundation, fundraising to support Parkinson’s Disease research.
