Viveca has been involved in a broad array of crises involving individual companies and the broader business community, including the economic and social impact of tariffs, regional conflicts and the COVID-19 epidemic; allegations of executive misconduct, fraud and accounting irregularities; product liability issues; unexpected leadership transitions; situations involving employee misconduct or violence; earnings surprises; government investigations and regulatory actions.
Cybersecurity
Viveca has significant experience advising clients across industries on cybersecurity incident response, including for high-profile situations involving ransomware, malware, phishing scams and third party/vendor breaches, among others. She also assists clients with proactive cyber incident readiness activities including tabletop exercises and incident response plans.

Viveca is a member of Tina’s Wish Next Gen Committee. Tina’s Wish is a nonprofit organization dedicated to funding innovative scientific research for the prevention and early detection of ovarian cancer. She has also been a volunteer with the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention for many years and is a former Board Member of the New York City Chapter.
