Chloe provides strategic counsel and communications support to companies involved in a broad range of special situations, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, leadership changes, litigation, and crisis management. She also works with clients to develop and refine their investor relations and stewardship engagement programs with a focus on corporate governance and executive compensation.
